Current Clinical Trials

Prostate Cancer

High risk, localized prostate cancer
Current trials for men with high-risk localized prostate cancer study treatment given before surgery. This includes studies of treatment with docetaxel and other drugs. Click here for more information.
Hormone-refractory prostate cancer
Current trials for men with hormone-refractory prostate cancer includes studies of the Duke Docetaxel Predictor, the drug RAD001, and a biopsy program. Click here for more information.

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Early stage NSCLC
The first current trial for men and women with early stage NSCLC is a study of dasatinib treatment. This trial is open to men and women recently diagnosed with early stage NSCLC. It studies if dasatinib treatment given before surgery can reduce the size of NSCLC tumors. Click here for more information.
The second current trial for men and women with early stage NSCLC is a study of genomic profiles for the chemotherapy agents vinorelbine and pemetrexed. Click here for more information.
Late stage NSCLC
The current trial for men and women with late stage NSCLC is a study of genomic profiles and their ability to predict resistance and sensitivity to platinum chemotherapy. Click here for more information.
